By using Typing Games Arena you agree to the terms below. They are intentionally short and readable.

1. Free use

Typing Games Arena is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may play every game, use the typing test and complete the lessons as often as you like, for as long as you like. No account or payment is ever required.

2. Original content and ownership

All games, game mechanics, names, artwork, code, text and branding on this site are original creations owned by Typing Games Arena (except the site's fonts, served by Google Fonts under their open licenses). You may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense or redistribute our games, code or artwork in whole or in part without written permission. You may not use the site's name or branding to promote other products or services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use automated scripts, bots or macros to submit scores or manipulate game results; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal personal use; (c) scrape or systematically download the site's content; or (d) use the site for any unlawful purpose. Because all scores are stored only in your own browser, automated score manipulation only ever "cheats" your own local data — but it is still prohibited here.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We may change, add, remove or discontinue any game, feature or page at any time. Since your scores live in your browser's local storage, you are responsible for your own saved data; clearing browser data or using private browsing may remove it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typing Games Arena and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources (such as fonts). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
